  The hours state it closed at 7pm. It is now 5:30pm with 5 costumers waiting to get served as the waitress said oh nope, kitchen is closed. They decided to close whenever they feel like it and not follow their own hours.

  Was in town and usually goes to my default Swiss Chalet. This place is ok for a select few of "typical" baymen/newfies. From my experience the place needs a lot of work. Seating is tight and place disperatly needs paint. We had 2 burger platter with fries. The fries are homemade but tasted plain, actual homemade fries taste better. The burger was burned black on both sides of both burgers. Cheese slice was so fake and pale void of any taste. Price is high compared to most places of this type. I've had cheaper food downtown st. John's and $2 for a can of coke is steep. Next time I'll be having Swiss chalet. It's no wonder why the place is empty during supper time (5:30 at time of this review). 2 stars for the ok fries.
