  Absolutely disgusting experience. I made an appointment this morning and they gladly fit me in for this evening which I was super appreciative of. I got a call from them shortly after saying they could move my appointment to 5 instead of 5:30 if another client didn't have a problem with it. I was ok with that and they said they would get back to me. They called me back and said they had left a voicemail with the other client so if they heard back from them in time, they would call me and let me know. I received no call after that so I assumed my appointment was at 5:30 still, since nobody confirmed a change. I arrived at the salon 5:20 only to be told another client was coming in in five minutes and was asked if I was aware I was "twenty minutes late" to my appointment. If someone had confirmed my appointment for 5:00, this wouldn't be an issue and I addressed that, only to receive a rude response that I was told. Then asked the question "what do you want done anyways?" After I had already explained that on the phone on the first phone call I made. And to add, my appointment was only going to last thirty minutes, when I wanted an all over colour and cut. I can not comment on the work they do, but very poor management and service in my opinion. Will not be rescheduling again.

  Pedicure and manicure. Very pricey.........a less than satisfactory experience. The person who did the mani-pedi was the most uncommunicative person I have ever met in the public service field, speaking a maximum of five words, and these words were in response to questions I asked. It was an uncomfortable situation which I will not repeat.

  Nice establishment. Nice facilities and good atmosphere. Went for sugaring - the only place in central NL that offers it. The esthetician who performs sugaring is very knowledgable.

  Awesome salon and spa I always get my hair done here and I got a pedicure once, the people here are highly trained, and very good. It's may be a bit pricey but it's worth every penny.
